I've said many times before that Sundays are for self care and planning out the week ahead and I love creating this flow. It lets me know that I'm making progress on those hectic days. My favorite way of prioritizing my tasks is by using the batching method. Batching is taking all of your tasks/ assignments and compiling them into sets or groups. Treat your business like a huge company with several departments while keeping idle tasks (like responding to emails) for low energy parts of the day such as after lunch. I have an example here:
